Terms of Service

You are responsible for the account you create and for everything done under it. Keep your password and any API keys you generate to yourself, and revoke a key the moment you suspect it has leaked. You can rotate keys and end other sessions at any time from Settings, Security.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. If you create a workspace for a company or a team, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf, and that the people you invite are subject to them too.

Do not use Cretask to store or distribute content that is illegal where you or we operate, to attack or probe the service, to work around usage limits, or to resell access without a written agreement. Automated access is welcome through the documented API and the connector, within the published rate limits.

We may suspend an account that is actively harming the service or other customers. Where the situation allows it, we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to fix it before anything is removed.

Your tasks, projects, plans, comments and attachments are yours. You grant Cretask only the licence it needs to run the service: to store that content, back it up, transmit it between your devices, and show it to the people you have invited to your workspace.

We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train models. When you connect an assistant through the connector, that assistant sees only the data the scopes you approved allow, and only when you ask it to. You can revoke that grant at any time and it stops immediately.

Cretask has a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans renew automatically for the period you chose until you cancel, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices are shown before you pay and are inclusive of tax where the law requires it.

Subscriptions bought inside the iOS app are billed by Apple under Apple's terms. Subscriptions bought on the web are billed by our payment processor acting as merchant of record. Downgrading never deletes your data, it only limits what you can add. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We aim to keep Cretask available and fast, but we do not promise a specific uptime figure and there is no service credit scheme. Planned maintenance that affects availability is announced in the product where we can foresee it.

Support is by email at support@cretask.com, answered by the people who build the product, normally within one business day.

We improve the product continuously, so features change. If we make a change that materially reduces what you already pay for, we will tell you before it takes effect. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced in the product.

The service is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. You can close your account at any time from Settings, and we will delete your workspace data within thirty days of that request.
