Ask for what you would ask a person
Move everything overdue on the launch project to next Monday. What is assigned to me this week that nobody has touched. Draft a plan for the migration and add the first four tasks. Claude resolves names, dates and projects against your real workspace rather than guessing, and tells you what it changed.
Vague asks produce vague work. Naming the project and the timeframe is usually the difference between a useful answer and a summary of everything.
Every write is attributed
A task the connector created is visibly a task the connector created, stamped with the actor like any other change. Nothing arrives in your workspace anonymously.
That attribution is what makes it safe to let it do bulk work. If a run goes wrong, you can see exactly which changes came from it.
Watch the first few runs
Point it at a small project first and read what it did. Once its idea of your workspace matches yours, longer asks become reasonable.
The connector is not a scheduler. It acts when you ask it to, in a conversation, and does nothing between times.
